This training is delivered to teachers and coaches in a group setting. Training includes instruction in the administration, interpretation, and instructional implications of the formative assessment that accompanies the curriculum. Goals include:

• Understand the theory and research behind the curriculum
• Discover and identify the components of the curriculum
• Learn how to effectively implement and maintain the curriculum
• Plan the Connect4Learning® daily schedule, and identify how the learning centers, daily lessons, interactions, and partnering with families support high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning environments
• Explore the formative assessment as a tool to help focus observations on the most important knowledge/skills and ensure that each child gets the experiences needed
