Draw attention to faces
Provide opportunities for children to look at themselves in mirrors. Talk about similarities and differences among children. Have children solve conflicts in front of mirrors, which draws their attention to faces.

Serenity spot

Make a serenity spot in the classroom for children to retreat to if they need some quiet, undisturbed time.

Being with Babies

Babies need you to talk to and with them about what is happening. When you provide a language-rich environment for babies, they have a better chance to understand what is taking place.
