Free Goods, Gift, & Procurement Cards

Show your appreciation to teachers, caregivers, parents, administrators, and directors. Giving a gift of learning is as easy as sending a Kaplan Gift Card! Your gift card will arrive in a special gift envelope by first-class mail.

  • If you select standard delivery (7-10 business days), there is not a shipping charge for gift cards.
  • Gift cards may be purchased online in denominations of $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 or call us at 1-800-334-2014 to order gift cards in any amount you like ($10 minimum).
  • Gift cards may be used for making purchases by phone or online with Kaplan Early Learning Company.

Check Your Balance

Check the current balance of your Kaplan gift card, procurement card or free goods certificate. You are not required to enter a validation code for free goods certificates.

Terms and Conditions

Gift Cards may be redeemed online at www.kaplanco.com, by phone at 1-800-334-2014, or by fax at 1-800-452-7526. They may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account, unless required by law. Gift cards expire one year from date of issue except where prohibited by law. Kaplan Early Learning Company does not accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or any unauthorized use of cards. Acceptance of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time. No service fees.
