In this session, participants will learn how to create classroom environments that promote print awareness. Participants will learn ways to weave concepts of print throughout the Connect4Learning daily lessons and units. The Connect4Learning unit projects provide an authentic way to synthesize the learning. We will provide participants with best practices and research-based activities that they can use throughout the classroom to strengthen students' print awareness skills.
